We are looking for an exceptional General Manager for our restaurants in South Essex

Experience in a similar environment is essential

Our restaurants do not currently open in the evenings but are open seven days of the week

The successful candidate will have theresponsibility for leading and motivating two teams to achieve the very highest levels of sales through delivering excellence

The successful candidate will also be expected to deliver exceptional stanards of cost control especially in the areas of Cost Of Goods, Stockholdingand Wages

We have a vibrant breakfast trade serving everything from a Full English to a bowl of porridge

We serve barista coffee and bottled beers and wines
