You will be required to undertake a full range of technical surveying duties and responsibilities - working within Home's procurement framework, survey, specify and manage repair and planned works to maintain and improve the quality of Home's customers' properties. By proactively managing all property maintenance and service contracts locally you deliver a high quality and cost effective service.

The Property Contracts Supervisor will need experience of contract and budget management. Experience of inspecting and identifying building defects & remedies is required. You must have the ability to negotiate and deal with contractors and consultants to achieve value for money.

You will possess a recognised relevant professional qualification or be working towards one (RICS or CIOB accredited degree level qualification) or to possess substantial demonstrable professional experience within the industry. Some lone working will be required along with working independently on own initiative with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will need to hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
