Job Description:

ANS Group is a technology solutions company specialising in the provision of hardware, software and 24/7 managed services.

They operate in a diverse range of business areas within the public and private sectors and have become the acknowledged FlexPod expert in the UK. ANS has sold over 40 FlexPod solutions, worth over 40m, since launching our Infrastructure 3.0 FlexPod architecture, and this accounts for over 50 of the total FlexPod solutions sold in the UK.

DUTIES:
Project Administration

Checking correct documents are on the Systems and the correct expenses/budgets have been assigned projectsSend projectconfirmations to customersChase sign offdocuments from customers

Invoicing

Projects services invoicing making sure that services and goods values, expenses and descriptions are correct when required.Produce part invoices and break down of expenses when required.

Travel & Training Arrangements

Be responsible for all travel arrangements for Professional Services which includes monitoring the expenses against budget.Assist Service Delivery Manager with researching, organising and booking the identified training for the projects teamGeneral Administrative tasks & duties as specified

Training to be Provided

Ongoing training is provided by Baltic Training Services:

Level 3 Diploma IT Professional
Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Systems and Principles
Level 2 key skills (Literacy and Numeracy)

MTA (Microsoft Technical Associate certification)

For the candidates with the greatest ability and aspirations, MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) may also be offered.

Required Qualifications:

Must have GCSE Mathematics and English passes (or equivalent).

Skills & Qualities:

Good technical awareness and demonstrable all round computer skills, either self taught or through certification. You must be keen to learn and to
fit into the working environment.
