With a strong blue-chip client list and a track record of success spanning more than thirty years, we are seeking a Market Coordinator to join our dynamic Essex-based team.

The successful candidate will be organised; possess minimum standard GCSE English and Math; be PC literate, including internet and email skill and have proven administration skills. A clean and valid driving licence, knowledge of MS Office, a relevant degree or equivalent and marketing/business training are desirable but not essential for this role.

The Market Coordinator acts as central liaison between Client Service and the European markets on behalf of Ford of Europe using an online application for the brochure production service. All contact is through email and telephone, therefore strong communication skills are vital in this role.

The hours for the role are 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on a Friday, forming 37 hours per week (in addition the Company operates a flexible start time policy). This role may require overtime, sometimes at short notice to meet deadlines.

Job purpose:

To act as central liaison between Burrows and the European markets on behalf of Ford of Europe and to work with internal departments to meet timings. To support markets through the brochure process and in the use of an online application used in the brochure production process. All contact through telephone and email.

Key accountabilities:

General liaison with markets regarding project timings, queries on nu.world, documents, process etc.Ensuring availability and awareness of documents for marketsWorking with Project Management and Client Services to implement and meet timing plansContinuously monitoring and updating brand sheets and tracking sheets as requiredProviding regular status updates to colleagues in preparation for weekly client meetingProcessing approved market documents to the Project Management TeamProcessing user account requests for nu.world systemAssigning account privileges by user and marketKeeping contact details up to date for all market contactsCo-ordinate and provide market feedback for input into team meetingsParticipate in market training and educationTo support features and specifications databaseMaintain market contact through proactive dialogue, calling each market contact at least every two weeks Adhoc administration Personal administration To carry out any reasonable duties as identified by your line manager or team leader.
