Job purpose and scope
We are looking for someone to come into our team as a Business Admin/Customer Service Coordinator, initially on a 1 year Level 3 Apprenticeship. We need someone who is driven, organised, a strong communicator and problem-solver who will gain a knowledge and understanding of our intrastructure and support our internal operations. You will benefit from a development programme to include Kepner Tregoe training.
Specific responsibilities
Attend problem investigation meetings and take minutes / actions.
Raise problem tickets following the resolution of Major incidents
Raise change requests to fix issues following findings of problem investigations.
Raising problems and changes for performance tickets. Ensuring these changes are delivered on time. Liaising with 3rd parties, change and test teams.
Manage Problem management inbox.
Manage post incident actions and problem investigation actions through to completion. This will be service improvement / process improvement actions
Essential skills/attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven aptitude for IT and admin systems
Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure.
A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to the work.
Pragmatic approach to problem solving

Good communication skills
Minimum 5 GCSEs grades A C including Maths and English (or equivalents)

Training by QA, the UK market leader in IT learning services:
Over 12 months you will alternate between work-based training from your employer, QA e-learning modules, and training at a local QA academy.
