Care Co-ordinator /Manager Raynes Park

Domiciliary Care Company providing care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves requires Care Co-ordinator to manage and plan work schedules, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities of staff. Responsibility for management and formulation of weekly off-duties and to co-ordinate staff ensuring they are aware of their relevant duties; maintain records of treatments undertaken and or medication prescribed and responsibility for creating and implementation of care plans and risk assessments.

Degree level qualification or equivalent together with previous hands-on experience in care industry required. Excellent communication and organisation skills essential.

Salary: 22,288.50 p.a.
