This is an the perfect JOB for A Fluent SPANISH person with experience
DEALING WITH GROUP RESERVATIONSintothe UK, especially London

we are looking for: A person with

YEARexperience dealing with FIT and Group Bookings,
Knowledge London Hotels,BOOKING Restaurants , Coaches Transfers and sight seeing tours including any otherground services in London and across the UK,
Excellent communication skills , fluent in English and SPANISH, Passion for the Travel industry and understanding to be able to Negotiate for group bookings
The ability to use a COMPUTER especially Microsoft Outlook ,Word AND Excel,
Self motivated, dedicated with ability to work UNDER PRESSURE in order to satisfy Client needs
it would be useful if you have experience dealing with Tours and series groups

Your Main duties include:

Negotiating competitive prices with suppliers to secure competive rates creating Group packages,group Itineraries for Hotel and Ground servicesputting together Itineraries for Tours around The UK You will see through complete group bookings process from Quotations toInvoicing clients

This Job is for serious Candidates who want a job and can start ASAP
If you do not have EXPERIENCE working in a TRAVEL AGENCY OR HOTEL

SALARY is (negotiable depending on experience ) from 21.000.00 GROSS PER YEAR
Office hours: Monday- Friday 09.00am to 18.00pm
Every other Saturday 09:00 to 13:00
