We are looking for an experienced individual to join our HR Team based at our Head Office in Bromley, Kent.We currently employ over 3000 employees across, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Kent, London and Milton Keynes.

Reporting to the Senior HR Officer, you will have experience of managing complex employee relations cases, providing advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of HR issues as well as taking responsibility for ad hoc projects. You will have strong commercial experience and be able to hit the ground running. A proactive attitude and a drive to deliver results will be crucial to succeeding in this role.

Experience / Remit:

Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience at advisory level providing advice and guidance to managers on HR queries with a strong background in ER

Case Management / Chairing of disciplinaries and grievances up to and including dismissal

Good influencing and coaching skills; able to up skill managers to handle HR matters

Good attention to detail, strong analytical skills and meticulous with data handling

Excellent communication skills, good planning, organising and co-ordinating skills with the ability to approach tasks with confidence

Assistance with the recruitment process

Absence management

Organisational restructure

Policy advice and formulation

HRIS improvement

Delivery of HR ad hoc project work

The successful candidate will be ideally CIPD qualified with HR advisory experience, preferably within the Private Healthcare Sector. For candidates working towards CIPD qualification, CIPD study support is available.

Flexibility to travel is a must as the role requires you to travel across our various sites. A Full and Valid UK driving licence and own car is essential.
