TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS required for busy Market Research office

RMG carries out a wide range of telephone research projects in our purpose-built Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Unit in Cardiff. We use our unit to conduct both business-to-business and consumer research.

We require frequently reliable and self-motivated people with an excellent telephone manner (essential) to gather information about a variety of topics with members of the public. Candidates should meet the following criteria: Team player, Good communicator, able to pay attention to detail, able to work under pressure and to achieve set targets, be methodical and organised and possess basic computer skills.

NO SELLING INVOLVED. No experience is required, as full training will be given.This is a variable hours role so we cannot guarantee the hours.
