New Business Co-ordinator
Superb position with a successful independent company who supplies their particularly high end products to both the end user, and trade customers through a number of impressive showrooms and trade counters, in and around London.
In order to fulfill the requirements of the New Business Co-ordinator position, applicants must have experience of cold or warm calling, which should be clearly evident on your work history, together with a clear and concise telephone manner, the ability to work well in a highly pressurised environment and working to achievable targets.
Any experience gained within the kitchens, bathrooms, plumbing industry in a business co-ordinator/outbound sales/ capacity, would be beneficial.
The main purpose of this role is to make cold and warm calls to generate new business for the existing Central Sales team, based in Dartford.
Main Duties will include:
Contacting all lapsed Trade customers (who have not traded with the business for a minimum of 2 years) with the purpose of generating leads, re-activating the client and increasing turnover for the Central Sales Team.
Contacting new Trade customers from self generated geo-targeted contacts lists, with the purpose of generating leads and increasing the turnover for the Central Sales Team
Keeping an accurate log of calls made (outcome of calls, with follow up calls diarised)
Providing potential customers with accurate information
Follow up brochure requests
Prepare weekly activity reports
Reach required monthly new lead targets
Generate new business, utilising the internet and any other necessary resources.
Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
Excellent basic salary with 0.5 on sales!!
