As well as administration the role will also include liaising with customers and service technicians via the telephone and email. You will need to have the ability to learn and work quickly and accurately, be able to multitask, think on your feet and problem solve, candidates should demonstrate a knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel. Pest Control training will be given but knowledge of this area an advantage.

Duties to include:
Creating and paying supplier invoicesCredit control and processing customer receiptsPreparing weekly tele-payments and bankingReconciliation of supplier and customer transactionsDebt collection of unpaid customer invoices via telephone callsPreparing and sending out weekly statement remindersAnswering incoming telephone calls covering a variety of inquiries, booking outgoing jobs and liaising with road based service technicians.
You must be a good team player who can be flexible, but can also work within your own time management. You will work under the guidance of the office manager.
