Working on a staggered shift system, you will play a central part within the Value Added department at our Sherburn Works. Whilst the role demands strong technical and mechanical aptitude, its your flexibility, enthusiasm and commitment to continuous improvement that will count most.

Needless to say, you are ready to meet some stretching production targets, very team-spirited in your approach, and deeply committed to Health & Safety compliance. Finally, experience in a busy manufacturing environment would be a significant asset, but is not essential.
