Fantastic Project Coordinator / Project Analystopportunity to join a rapidly expanding Investment Bank working within a purpose built operations centre in the hub of Birminghams business district.

Within the team there has been a substantial increase in headcount, internal mobility and reliance in external vendors to supply consulting services.Due to an increase in the amount of people moving in the organisation a robust service must be provided to directors of the organisation.The team is responsible for driving all Client Services Improvement, Project Coordinatingand Delivery initiatives through team working and implementing best practice.

ThisProject Coordinator / Project Analystroleholder would be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders to audit, co ordinate and track a number of complex of projects in this area.This role is likely to suit one who has managed parts of any complex financial accounting or technology project ideally reporting in tools such as Excel and SharePoint.

Role of Project Coordinator / Project Analyst:-

Own and streamline the new hire process ensuring no new hires are on boarded without approval Analyze monthly financial data for inaccuracies and provide high level summary of any issues or areas to investigate further Track, report and manage outstanding Audit Remediation Deliveries for the Audit & Compliance teams Plans from an End User Perspective the testing, control and reporting of BCMIntegrate technology effectively to simplify and streamline processesWork as part of a team towards common goals and embrace DB values outlying behaviours as evidenced by peer input during year, perceived by manager

Experience & Skills of the Project Coordinator / Project Analyst:-

University degree in Business or other quantitative field with 4 years + experience in accounting orTechnology related roleIdeally experience in Disaster Recovery Audit and delivery of projects Proven track record of coordinating different stakeholder groupsStrong Team player with ability to work under pressure and productively with other membersAbility to manage complex projects with excellent judgement in decision making
