? Level 2/3 City & Guilds or equivalent in Refrigeration
and Air Conditioning
? Safe Handling of Refrigeration Gases
? GCSEs or equivalent
? Computer literacy
Experience

? A good fundamental knowledge of refrigeration, water
chillers and industry practices
? Dealing with customers and the ability to
communicate technical information
? An understanding of water system operation is
essential
? Good administration skills for appropriate audit trail of
documentation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities (
? Prioritise, prepare and issue quotations to customers for repair works on a wide range of manufactured water chillers, as identified by service engineers within agreed timescales
? Provide technical assistance direct to customers and in-house service engineers
? Provide positive and constructive feedback to service engineers on their lead generation schemes
? Provide clear and concise communication to incoming telephone enquiries; assisting service desk support staff
? Provide clarification of scope of works within written quotations to in house sales team and direct to client base
? Attend weekly staff meetings to provide status reports
? Occasional customer site visits to provide technical support
? Work with the office manager to ensure a full audit trail for quote generation is kept
