Afonwen Laundry, Cardiff, Wales leading laundry & linen hire company, is seeking to recruit a new Regional Customer Service Manager.

The position will require the ideal candidate to have a strong understanding of the business and to co-ordinate a range of issues and general problem solving. The position will involve co-ordinating a range of issues between customers and the business, liaising closely with transport and production as well as the customer service representatives covering Cardiffs customers.

The position will require the person to work in the Cardiff office on average three days a week with occasional visits throughout the entire region that Cardiff serves to deal with any major complaints. The person will also be responsible for monitoring of all stocktaking activity and ensuring that support is given to the stock takers in the region they support.

A willingness to travel extensively is therefore required.

The person will report directly to the Managing Director on all customer service issues and work closely alongside the General Manager.

Salary is 25,000 per annum dependant on experience.A company car is included for this position.
