Amdipharm specialises in marketing internationally branded pharmaceutical products to primary and secondary care prescribers.
The Company was founded in 2002 with the aim of making essential prescription medicines available, which may no longer be a priority for research based pharmaceutical companies. We call these legacy products and we acquire them from companies who wish to divest them.
The key objective of any Amdipharm acquisition is to ensure a seamless transition in the supply of medicines from the manufacturer to the patient. Post acquisition, the only difference a patient may notice is the change of packaging design to the Amdipharm branded livery.
Amdipharm is focused on identifying and ensuring that medicines in disease areas not currently under the spotlight of the multinational pharmaceutical industry remain available for patients who depend on them. Amdipharm aims to address needs in niche market areas.
Through eighteen significant acquisitions, Amdipharm offers more than 50 products which sell in over 80 countries across the world and has an annualised turnover in excess of 100m.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents. All third party applications will be forwarded to Michael Page.
