ALEA Leeds are looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for The Leeds Kitchen by James Martin based at our exciting venue on Clarence Dock.

The successful candidate will oversee the overall operation of the restaurant ensuring a unique guest experience and the highest standards of customer service is given at all times.

You will be responsible for ensuring the FOH area has the staff, equipment, facilities and raw materials to achieve the highest standard of presentation and service is achieved.You will develop professional relationships with customers ensuring they are kept updated on all Club offerings.You will manage any disputes and complaints in the appropriate manner along with the settlement of all bills.

Upbeat and positive, a highly motivated and a dynamic individual, you will be organized, efficient and highly attentive to detail. You must have exceptional interpersonal skills with peers and senior management and the highest level of personal grooming.A passion for outstanding customer service is essential for this role along with previous experience in the same role within a high quality restaurant.

Please note:You must hold a personal licence to be considered for this role.

This role will be for a fixed term of up to 1 year to cover maternity leave.
