We have the pleasure of working with a leading Software provider, who specialise in the Financial Services sectors. The role of Office Administrator encompasses a variety of duties and would suit a bright and enthusiastic individual.

Based out of their offices near London Bridge, the successful candidate will play a vital part in the smooth running of the business. You will be responsible for answering calls, organising paperwork, processing invoices, organising internal/external events and meetings, as well as dealing with expenses, organising travel and accommodation, ordering stationery and managing any recruitment and training requirements.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to the Sales and Accounts teams. This will include assisting with presentation production, database maintenance and collating statistics for sales reports.

This is an incredibly varied role which requires exceptional organisation and time management skills, an excellent command of the English language - both written and spoken, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment.

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous, with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a necessity.
