The Team manager will be responsible for the overall sales performance of a team.The position requires exceptional motivational, managerial and leadership skills. The Team Manager will ensure that the very best is achieved by each of their team members in terms of productivity, quality and conduct.
The Person
Experience managing a team in a Call Centre environment.The ability to consistently ensure sales targets are achieved and exceeded by your team.Manage own time effectively through planning to ensure all tasks are completed in support of departmental targets To posses excellent motivational, coaching and development skillsExceptional communication skills at all levelsStrives to exceed targets A good level of general insurance knowledgeTo have a good understanding of compliance and the principals of ICOB and treating customers fairly.Benefits

With a great North Bristol location in our spacious call centre overlooking the Severn Bridge which avoids the traffic blackspots. Only 25 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from Aztec West, with plenty of free parking. Due to our location you will need your own transport to commute to our office.
