The Wildes Group are a diverse privately owned organization and following the recent development of a Training Academy, we are now looking to recruit a Sales Executive / Account Manager. Your main aim will be to grow our trainee and client base through effective targeting and attraction methods. You will look to utilize your research, marketing, advertising and direct communication techniques in order to develop a continual stream of individuals onto our NVQ/ Apprenticeship scheme and in tandem, the development of a client base in which we can redeploy trainees into employment whilst also offering relevant up-skilling and training through the delivery of recognized government funded qualifications of their current employee base. You will be a bright and enthusiastic individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, be organized, be able to prioritise your own workload and work effectively individually or as part of a small team. You will have previous direct sales / B2B and client meeting experience and knowledge of the training sector would be pertinent, however not a pre-requisite.
