Customer Service Advisors

Salary 12,675 - 15,000 DOE

Location Coalfield Way, Ashby

Hours Candidates must be fully flexible as we operate Monday Sunday between the hours of 08.00am-08.00pm. However, individuals will be assigned shift patterns of 37.5 per week over this period.

Training Full training will be provided.

Start Dates 13th June, 18th June & 2nd July

Job Description

We are looking for keen, enthusiastic and focusedCustomer Service Consultants to work on behalf of clients in our Ashby de la Zouche. You must have a passion for customer service, an excellent telephone manner and a passion to succeed.

Youll bring with you strong customer services experience gained either face to face or over the phone. Youll also be confident, engaging and have a clear and concise phone voice. We especially want to hear from you if youre target driven and self motivated.

Required abilities:

Excellent Telephone Manager

Engaging

Ability to influence to sell products

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
