An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join an organisation in Birmingham.
CIPD Qualified, you will be working in a multi-site role, based out of Birmingham and will provide advisory support to the management of the end-to-end HR employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities;
Provide first line HR support and advice across the business
Provide advisory support around restructuring and redundancy
Support Business Partners with absence and performance management as well as managing and organising grievances
Co-ordinate recruitment and selection projects
Work on business relevant HR projects
Createand adhere to policies and procedures
As a fully CIPD Qualified HR Generalist, with all of the above proven experience, you will have also previously worked in a multi-site or regional role.

This role is based out of Birmingham but will require 1-2 days UK travel.
