They collect service charges in order to carry out maintenance, repairs and ensure the ongoing upkeep of communal grounds under their management.
They are keen to recruit a Trainee Property Manager who will begin as an office junior / administrator before progressing on to partly overseeing a small portfolio of blocks of their own.
The trainee / assistant property manager / administrator can expect full training and support which will include in house guidance and professional study via the IRPM.
The trainee / assistant property manager / administrator will work alongside established teams of property managers initially dealing with their administrative needs whilst learning enough to take on actual property management responsibility.
The trainee / assistant property manager / administrator will need to have excellent communication skills, be analytical, a problem solver with a genuine interest in property management.
The trainee / assistant property manager / administrator will work from a Birmingham/Solihull office base so needs to reside in or close to either for consideration. Those too much further away cannot be considered at this stage.
The trainee / assistant property manager / administrator will need to have their own car also part of the role will require visits to properties under management.
Salary is likely to be around 17k to start
