This role will deliver day-to-day HR systems support services including analytical reporting, security administration, release updates and testing, batch updates, setup table maintenance, integrations with payroll systems and other internal systems, training and issue resolution. This position will also accountable to participate in a variety of change initiatives by delivering internal requirements analysis, solution design, test planning, test execution and change management.
The role is part of a global team that supports a seamless network of systems and services to enable our HR and line management colleagues to be as self-sufficient as possible by integrating databases, automated workflow systems, intranets and other technologies with key HR processes. Responsibilities will also include:
- Partnership with HR community to enable the effective use of core HR and related systems and workflow solutions.
-Integral part of HRIS Project team during implementation and post implementation working closely with HR Superusers.
-Build interfaces to payroll systems and other related systems as part of the system implementation phase
-Configuration and upload of absence and succession plans
- Configure processes and add new countries, streams to functioning system
- Responsibility for supporting policies and practices designed to ensure high quality management and analysis of HR data
- Provide support to the regional Global HR Service Delivery function and to special projects as directed
- Perform job activities in an independent, self-sufficient manner based on management's high-level guidance and support
- Accountability to independently assess high-level business requirements in the context of overall Global HR, to develop recommended approaches, and to drive delivery of approved solutions to a variety of systems and process change requests
- Accountable for a variety of table and security setups
- Accountable to design and deliver on-demand analytical HR reports. Provide expert advice and guidance on reporting, data analysis and measurement
- Accountable to foster and maintain positive relationships with HR constituents and customer base and ensure effective interaction with HR community based on assigned responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in application testing.
