Part Time Baggage Loaders

As a part of our Summer 2012 recruitment campaign we have vacancies for Part Time Baggage Loaders to join our Ground Operations Team on Fixed Term Contracts at Leeds Bradford International Airport.

Reporting to the Baggage Hall Supervisor, the Baggage Loaders play a vital part in aircraft turnaround and ensuring our aircraft depart on time. They are responsible for delivering the bags to the aircraft for an On Time Departure while remaining in compliance with current legislation. Working in a Team, you will effectively sort all Jet2.com baggage, ensure all current legislation is complied with and load all aircraft in accordance with Jet2.com standards.

The ideal candidates will have good verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising workloads to complete set targets.

You will need a driving licence as you will be driving specialist airside vehicles used in the loading and unloading of aircraft.

A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will work earlies, lates, nights and weekend shift patterns.
