Passenger Services Supervisor (MAN)

As a part of our Ground Operations recruitment campaign we have a vacancy for a Passenger Services Supervisor to join our Team at ManchesterAirport.

Reporting to the Duty Manager, the Passenger Services Supervisor is responsible for the effective allocation of resource and co-ordination of PSA duties to ensure our customers receive a friendly and efficient service at all times. The Passenger Services Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring safety regulations are followed at all times and for promoting the safety first culture.

In addition, you will motivate the team to maximise ancillary sales, drive performance levels for On Time Performance and ensure all activities comply with regulatory bodies and operating procedures.

To be successful in this role you will have proven customer service skills as well as leading and motivating a team. Experience within the aviation industry would be a distinct advantage.

A flexible approach to working hours is required as you will be required to work early mornings, late evenings and weekend shift patterns, including bank holidays.
