We are currently looking for an excellentContent Management Support Analyst. This role will suit an ambitious recent graduate with some knowledge of CMS/Web/HTML, or a 2nd/3rd jobber with an interest and passion for marketing and digital media. You will be required to offer first line support to our clients editors along with Content Management Support for our client's intranet and their website following all our client's guidelines using the Vignette, Morello and Fatwirecontent management systems. The CMS Support Analyst will liaise with the Support team, our clients Project Manager and our client's editors.
The role is based on working a shift based on 3 different shift patterns Monday to Friday covering from 06:00 - 22:00 that will rotate between the team on a weekly bases.
Key responsibilities
General
- Good customer, telephone, oral and written communications skills.
- Capable of being self-managed, be a team player, quality conscious, flexible and be eager to share and acquire know ledge
- Positive attitude towards all team members, customers and partners. Encourages outstanding team morale and maintains highest ethical standards
- Experience in editing and adminstration of content management systems (CMS specific training will be provided)
- Basic HTML and web development skills
Customer service skills
- Ability to talk to the user over the telephone and provide good customer service.
- Respond to queries promptly and follow up with responses upon completion of tasks
- Ability to guide users through a process if they are new to the system or do not use it regularly
Experience
- IT experience, remote support experience desirable
- Appreciation of content management platforms
- Understanding of web technologies
- Basic HTML
- Completes follow-on actions as appropriate, e.g. sending communications, escalating problems
- Retains full ownership of each case until prob lem is resolved or resolution is identified
- Completes tasks using the tools and systems available
- Accomplishes other duties as required
