Due to their continued commitment to reducing risk and improving safety for all employees, they are currently seeking a highly competent and experienced process impro vement specialist to join their safety & operational risk division.
The company operates a highly structured management system which is adapted and improved to meet the specific needs and goals of each business function. It is the responsibility of the process improvement specialist to ensure that the system is honed and adapted in line with the culture of continuous improvement that is prevalent across the business.
This role has specific responsibility for the upstream segment of the business which includes wells, exploration, subsurface & operations. Therefore applications will be considered for candidates who can offer experience working in a large, multi-faceted organisation in a relevant industry, such as oil, gas, energy, engineering, large scale manufacturing, automotive or similar.
Candidates will have considerable experience of providing continuous process improvement activities in a complex international organisation, with relevant exposure and qualifications or certifications in methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar.
