The successful candidate must be an authorised VMware Trainer who is able to deliver the VSICM and VMWN courses as a minimum. The candidate must demonstrate a track record of delivering quality training programmes, along with displaying appropriate attitudes and behaviours consistent with the nature of the role. The ability to deliver training in another specialist area, such as Citrix or Microsoft, would also be beneficial.

Ideallythe successful candidate placed as aVMware Trainer will have significant industry experience relevant to the training role they are applying for. The job holder must also have all vendor related certifications and accreditations app licable to the position.

As a VMware Trainer, the job holder must display a can do attitude and have a history of self motivating themselves and those around them. The role is very much about displaying the right aptitude, attitude and behaviours as well as the skills and knowledge detailed above, along with a high degree of industry awareness.

Please note that although the VMware Trainer will primarily be based from our London and Wokingham centres, delivery of training would be across all centres, as well as at Customer sites, and so the ability to travel is essential.
