We are a young, dynamic and entrepreneurial company, established in 1990, with a team that strives for quality, excellence and creativity. Due to our growth and development, we are now looking for a full-time Sales Assistant to join our Central European team, based at QS Hampstead headquarters.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive your role will involve working as part of the regional team which covers products ranging from printed publications, exhibition space, conference related products and web-based solutions, the main responsibilities will include the Business Development, Sales & Marketing and Client Management of QS products.

The role has the key objective: Sales and sales support of our university and MBA related products in Central European and ex-USSR region (Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.)

Responsibility areas:

Research: Re searching new institutions, organizations and websites to offer QS services.Databases: Updating the Clients database and Subscription lists.Servicing Clients: Sending out QS collateral, event-related information, and other follow-ups.Sales support: Calling the clients and following up with them, informing on the QS activities and products, as well as providing team support and admin back up.Marketing & PR: Helping to build relationships with relevant university departments; distributing the articles and following up with universities on PR output produced by QS. Internal Administration: Helping the Central European team with Sales and Operations, managing the activities schedule, monitoring the deadlines.


We are looking for a candidate who has:

A graduate degree or equivalentAt least 6 months telephone experience including cold calling At least 6 months sales experience in Events, Advertising, Conference or Online productsAbility to dem onstrate awareness of Sales process and cycleStrong written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English and Russian Clear understanding of deadlines, targets and resultsGood time-management skillsAn attitude of a hard-working multi-tasking team playerPositive attitude and optimism combined with ability to work under pressure
