12,103 per annum + bonus pro rata - Initial period of 3 months with a view to possibly going permanent (This is 35 hours per week to be fully flexible Sunday Saturday 5am 9pm (our client may consider part time 20 or 25 hours)

Our financial services client has an exciting opportunity for 2 Authorisation Agents to respond to cheque authorisation calls from their clients exclusively located in France and to process data accordingly. Based from their offices in Birmingham, they are offering 12,103 plus bonus.
Utilising your excellent communication skills you will promote a professional and excellent image of the company whilst providing administrative support to the department and dealing with calls from French customers and consumers.
The successful candidate for this role will speak French to a fluent level and have the efficiency to work under pressure. With your responsible attitude you will possess the impeccable interpersonal skills required for this customer based role. You will have the ability to work effectively on your own and also as part of a team. In order to be successful within this role you must have a flexible approach to working hours and ideally possess previous customer service experience. An excellent telephone manner is essential with a good understanding of IT applications including word and excel.
