A fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager has arisen for an established Estate Agency in Bishopston. They are looking to provide support in the smooth day to day running and continual growth of the sales team. The position has arisen due to the companies expansion in the Bristol area and they continue to grow from strength to strength.

Purpose of Role

An Assistant Sales Manager is not only a manager. They are the motivator of others. They should be someone who is able to assist the Branch manager in leading, inspiring and motivating their team to succeed. Their success will be through others. They will have a desire to coach and develop their colleagues and to ensure they always know where they are going and where they need to be in the business.

As a successful Assistant Branch Manager, you will assist in giving your branch clear vision and direction. You will take every opportunity to evaluate and build self confidence through positive energy and motivation.
