The Client
Our client are a growing regional telecoms organisation based in Cardiffwith onsite parking and a fantastic modern, corporate setting. They offer genuine opportunity, development, career progression, and commission structure to earn a high OTE. They are looking to employ somebody with strong experience of the mobile phone industry and up-to-date product knowledge of the latest mobiles, Blackberries, broadband and networks.
Responsibilities
Contact small to medium sized businesses on a regional basis, introducing the various mobile phone products, contracts and pricing dealsTargeted on new line connections and profit, linked to commissionMeeting clients face-to-face to sell, attending networking events, creating leads and referrals to win new business and create repeat customersBuilding rapport with customers as you carry through a classic sales process from introduction to needs analysis to features/benefits to the closeYou will negotiate prices and are given flexibility to make your own decisions based on your intuitionYou will aim to close deals and sell add-ons or insurance to maximize the deal and increase your commission per callCommission is linked to connections and add-ons and rewards people accordinglyWorking in a busy, fast-paced sales teamExperience Required

This permanent role offers a basic salary of up to 18,000 + commission for a healthy uncapped OTE - 25kProgression, development, and career scope
