Renault Solihull seeks a confident and immaculately-presented individual with a professional telephone manner to join our customer-hosting Front-of-House team, job-sharing as part-time Receptionist / Meeter-Greeters.

We are looking for a confident individual who enjoys dealing with people both in person and over the phone. Previous and extensive recent Front of House reception experience is essential.

This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to a timely, professional and helpful answer to our calls.

What we offer:

Annualised salary: 12,896 paEquivalent hourly rate of 8 per hour (paid monthly)

Working Pattern

3 days on 3 days offAlternating (job share) with another Part-time ReceptionistAveraging 31 hours per week across a 6-week rota.Upto 15 additional days per year needed for holiday cover

The role is averages 31 hours per week and we require candidates to have a flexible approach to cover weekends, holidays and attend training when necessary.

Hours

8am to 6pm weekdays (with hr break)9am to 6pm on Saturdays (with hr break)11am to 5pm on Sundays (no break)

Main Duties include:

Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department in an attentive, helpful and welcoming mannerWelcoming customers to the site and directing them in a helpful and welcoming mannerMaintaining the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency with all customers and company contactsMaintaining the showrooms point of sale materialOther ad hoc duties in line with the remit.

KEY REQUISITES OF THE POST HOLDER:

Essential

Flexibility to work the required hoursExtensive previous experience in a busy reception or meeter-greeter roleIT literate: Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and ExcelWithin 30 minutes commute of our Dealership

Desirable

Previous experience in operating a computer-driven telephone switchboardPrevious experience in handling a computer-based messaging/communications system, like e-GoodManners.Previous experience in handling post and incoming/outgoing deliveriesBasic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Access
