An experienced Recruitment Consultant is required for an already successful desk within a specialist recruiter in Leicester. Working with some of the UK's most prestigious clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to carve a real career for themselves within a market leading organisation.

You will already have experience of Accountancy although consideration will be given to those with a solid recruitment background in any sector. Experience of retained recruitment, and client led advertising and assignments may be an advantage, but this is also a great opportunity for someone currently in a corporate, white collar recruitment role (probably placing permanent positions), to step up to the next level in their career development.

You should be comfortable dealing at CEO level, be well versed in presenting to win business, and be able to manage client's expectations whilst promoting an effective solution. With a solid track record of success, and have a good understanding of the commercial marketplace outside of your sector

You will target a particular vertical marketplace and your client base will come from a mixture of existing clients and warm leads. You will be expected to proactively develop new business, and research potential clients to gain their confidence and time in their diary. You will be provided with ongoing personal development to ensure you stay ahead of the competition; however you need to have the ability to work hard to get the competitive advantage over your competition.

You will primarily be recruiting for senior positions across blue chip corporate clients so a good business acumen is required as is the ability to communicate at all levels.
