Client Services Manager, Production Support

Leading global provider of financial services.Fantastic Client Services Manageropportunity to join a rapidly expanding Investment Bank working within a purpose built operations centre in the hub of Birminghams business district.

Within the ITIL aligned productionservices function, there is a highly regarded service delivery team. The service delivery managers provide ITIL best practice where appropriate and manage the communication between business and IT.This service delivery team are expanding and as such a client services manager with ITIL experience is sought:

Role of Client Services Manager:-

Provide strong management oversight of the offshore team, interaction with Incident Management and Application Operations teams

Coordinating communication in the Incident, Problem & Change Management processes

Responsible for Services Desk service

Perform proper escalation management to Business, IT management and vendor: confirm that the right people are working the issues and parties are informed in a timely manner

Regular client interactions including weekly Production status and monthly service reviews

Proactively monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, soliciting feedback for service improvement plans

Communication of IT Production services and tracking against service level agreement with the Business

Experience & Skills of the Client Services Manager

Proven track record in application or/and service management is required ideally in an ITIL environment.

Excellent relationship building skills collaborating with senior stakeholders when necessary.

Ability to operate at Director Level with business IT management.

Experience gained in the financial services sector advantageous.
