UK wide IT training company is seeking to hire a Customer Account Manager to work in their Bristol head office.

The role owner will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers with a view to growing the business and increasing revenue.The role of customer account manager will include handling pre-qualified incoming leads from new and existing customers (no cold calling involved).

Key Responsibilities

Lead conversion

Act as a first point of contact for clients

Quote creation and follow up

Development of new business prospects and opportunities

Use own initiative to develop and manage existing customer relationships

Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications and Experience

Proven sales experience

Experience in managing customer accounts, including large multinationals and SMEs

Previous experience in a customer service role

Previous experience in a role managing client relationships

Skills and Key Attributes

Enthusiastic and outgoing with a can do attitude

Effective verbal and written communication skills, at all levels

Strong client management skills

Excellent organisation and time management skills

IT literate with a very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office products delivered in our courses
