Job Summary:
TOMS Shoes is looking for an experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative to manage the relationship of our European retail distributors and provide support to our European Account Executives. Must have experience and understanding of European retail market space and logistical geographic parameters.

Job Responsibilities:
Daily allocation and submission of sales orders to 3rd party warehouses and/or fulfillment warehouses within UK and Western Europe
Manage and organize sales order tracking and ATS inventory reports
Interface with customer logistics contacts to ensure 3rd party warehouses and/or fulfillment warehouses follow proper customer routing specifications.
Assist in support of Account Executives and Independent Contractors to ensure distribution needs are met
Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment with deadlines
Ability to think creatively
Well organized and efficient
Excellent communication skills
A wide degree of latitude and creativity is expected

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
2-4 years of relevant work experience in Wholesale Customer Service
A wide degree of latitude and creativity is expected
Proficiency with Microsoft Products (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
