Our client is a global leading player. A position has been created in their Alternatives division for an experienced product manager to join their experienced team to focus on creating and managing product development in real estate and private equity alternative investments

Duties and responsibilities include:

Product development and management

Cradle to grave responsibility for entire PE / RE range Ongoing product reviews (rolling annual schedule) Liaison with local booking centres for ongoing queries Product demise / restructuring recommendations Project management of product demise / restructuring extensions, spin-outs, issues requiring voting Liaison with fund administrator on ongoing basis Dealing with all queries on PE and RE products product terms expert Bridging the gap between operational and investment teams Ongoing reporting as required Responses to RFPs

Liaison with Fund Administration partners

Ensure high service levels and competitive cost Run project to automate/provide web based reporting Treasury function including working capital lines

Liaison with Booking Centres (Supervising someone in Ops team)

Receipt and distribution of reports, cash calls and distributions Bridge between Fund Administrator and Booking Centres Default solutions

Defaults

Negotiating, documenting and managing solutions with third parties Managing defaults process end to end - the three buckets Ongoing communication with internal stakeholders (Credit, NPAC, Risk etc.)

Running a Customised Mandate

Set up single client vehicle in conjunction with clients advisors Running, organising and project managing advisory/steering committee with clients representatives Treasury function including internal credit/working capital lines and potentially hedging Monitoring adherence to original portfolio construction objectives

Audit and Compliance

Checking procedural issues have been complied with in accordance with procedures manual
