A fantastic opportunity available for a hardworking, professional and confident Lettings Negotiator at Stonewater Property, Canary Wharf.

The position requires an individual who is self motivated, target-driven, articulate, well-presented and able to work on their own initiative. The successful candidate must be an extremely good communicator/peoples person, polite telephone manner, good IT skills etc.

The idealcandidatemust have at least 6 months letting experience and hold a valid Full UK Driving License. Punctuality and good organization skills are essential to this role. Local area knowledge preferable.

The Letting Negotiator is predominately a front-line position dealing with Applicant/Tenant enquiries. The role will include matching property with applicants requirements and closing sales.

We offer a competitive remuneration structure to include a basic salary (dependent on experience) with personal commission. When targets are met, additional bonuses are also awarded.
