B2B FIELD SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER- 2+ YEARS B2B EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Solution Sales experience is preferred or someone with an IT/telecoms background.
My Client is the fastest growing supplier of document and logistics solutions with a network of sales offices around the UK and Europe. As part of their future growth strategy they are looking to appoint like minded forward thinking B2B Field Sales people. They offer a superior and structures training programme.
As a B2B/Field Sales Account Manager you are expected to work within a defined geographical territory to monthly sales targets which include developing sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as developing new business sales opportunities.

Key areas of the role:-
- To achieve all predetermined sales targets
- To promote and sell a range of company products profitably
- To manage pre determined geographical area
-To achieve a good knowledge the industry as a whole
- To be able to manage a pipeline/ prospects and be able to forecast accurately on weekly/ monthly basis
- To be able to communicate on all business organisation levels
- To have excellent planning and organisation skills
- To have excellent levels of negotiating and sales closing skills
- To be able to identify opportunities in new business competition
- To be able to manage existing accounts successfully and be able to cross sell and up sell within accounts
- To undertake any other duties to aid in the effective running of the department
Role Dimensions:
- 4 days in the field
- Minimum of 4 pre booked appointments per day spent in the field
- 1 day each week in the office, making appointments, team building and training
- To achieve monthly sales targets by closing 1 in 4 sales deals
- To manage existing accounts successfully and to cross sell and up sell within accounts
- To canvass and target/ source new business opportunities around pre booked appointments.
- Generating leads for cross selling opportunities
