General Description:

We are currently looking for a qualified accountant (ACCA or AAT, but could be ACCA part qualified-final stage) with at least 3 years of experience.
You will be part of a highly qualified team of professionals dedicated to bringing the best results to the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To issue sales invoices promptly on request

To prepare validate and check the monthly settlement statements and to ensure correct payments are made to the clients

To ensure clients and suppliers are paid accurately and on time including setting up BACS transactions in a timely manner

To prepare monthly management accounts

To assist as required in production of forecasts and budgets

To ensure all reports, documents and communications are correctly and securely filed and kept for the duration as legally required

To prepare schedules for audit and tax purposes as required

To carry out any other tasks as required, and deemed necessary by management, within the capabilities of the individual

To update accountancy system and develop reporting system

To maintain and update the General Ledger including input of invoices and bank transactions

To ensure purchases and expenses are properly authorised and the subsequent accounting is completed

To ensure clients and suppliers are paid accurately and on time including setting up BACS transactions

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Previous experience in an Accounts office (preferably Accounting Practice)

Strong Microsoft and Excel skills

Excellent attention to details

Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and to work independently, but also part of a team

Qualified accountant (ACCA or AAT, but could be ACCA part qualified-final stage)

At least 3 years of accounting experience

Fluent in Russian and English
