Front of House Porter x 2
A unique conferencing venue is looking for Front of House Porters to be part of a team to ensure that all meeting room set ups are to a pre agreed standard.
You must follow the daily and weekly booking sheets and supervise all room set ups and manual handling requirements, and be pro active in your approach while supporting the requirements of the business to ensure customer satisfaction and successful events.
You will be educated to GCSE level, or equivalent and have a minimum of one years experience, gained within a 4* conference venue/hotel environment.You must be well presented, with a calm and professional approach and have excellent customer service skills and awareness.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends where required (early, middle and late shifts)
It is desirable for the candidates to have any of the following, but not essential - Current First Aid Certificate, PASMA, Current, SIA license
