Due to an internal restructure, they are looking to recruit a Group Head of IT to take the lead in providing robust and innovative systems that will empower the business to meet the high levels of customer service they already enjoy.

The Group Head of IT will have 5 direct reports and be responsible for Development Support across the business. Working to Agile Methodology you will be responsible for Internal and 3rd Party Applications. You will be commercially aware and delivery focussed as well as experienced in dealing with contract negotiations.

You will have the commercial flair to work closely with all business areas analysing their future needs, understanding the business drivers and supplying innovative solutions that work every time.

You must be able to demonstrate full life cycle project management and specifically able to draw on supporting a dynamic business in rapid growth. It is expected that you currently manage large budgets and have a proven track record in motivating and managing teams of development and support staff.
