Currently experiencing very fast growth, we are now looking for talented individuals across all disciplines as the company prepares for the next phase in its development. Product development and formulation is critical to our clients success. In this pivotal and client-facing role in a close knit and young team, you will contribute significantly to the product development strategy. Responsibilities include:

Driving product development in Europe and Far EastWorking closely with R&D on new product development and innovationWorking closely with clients to understand their needsManagement of full product development lifecyclesInternal and external product technical support

To succeed in this role, the right candidate will have experience in new product development, preferably with some experience in a laboratory. You will have a good working knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and technology. You will be passionate about the cosmetics sector, keeping up to date with new developments across the industry both in technology and products. As this role has some contact with clients, you should be commercially aware and be comfortable presenting externally.

The right candidate for this role will be a completer-finisher, able to work to tight deadlines and budgets while delivering best in class solutions to complex client needs. You will have great attention to detail and will be accustomed to working in an environment in which you are responsible for a broad range of deliverables.
