Background

The Bancassurance Marketing team in Bristol are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to plan, design and develop internal communications, and ensure the short and long term objectives for both internal and external communications are met.

The role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Designing and delivering Internal Communications strategy ensuring consistent delivery and standards of all key messages Proactively planning, designing and owning all Bancassurance related messages managed through an effective central communications framework Keeping abreast of Bancassurance developments and strategy recommending communications to ensure the business can operate effectively Delivering the internal communications plan as agreed with leadership teams The production and issue of pro-active, engaging and effective messages to the relevant audiences of key Bancassurance events and milestones The Bancassurance Intranet site and ensure content is relevant and up-to-date through the management of departmental content owners The design and content of all regular Bancassurance publications Promoting Bancassurance to the wider AXA Wealth group Working with the wider internal communications community on a wide range of issues on a regular basis Ensuring options for external communications are captured and delivered Key engagement tool: SCOPE

Skills, knowledge and behaviour

Ability to communicate and influence up to Director level Strong communication skills written and verbal Familiarity with AXA operations and protocol Highly organised, logical with attention to detail Able to build strong relationships Can work to tight deadlines and under pressure Flexible with high energy and can-do attitude, self-motivated Presentation skills, creative, good networking skills
