This dedicated IT support team supports one of Xeroxs key clients based in Leeds. Youll support and maintain local IT systems as well as plan and roll out ad hoc projects to enhance the current systems and applications. Responsibilities will involve testing new functionality before going into production, BAU support, support and prepare the IT continuity & disaster recovery plan and providing consultant to the new business sales team for potential new wins.

Were looking for experience of supporting IT systems with a focus on Oracle Ebusiness Suite and also experience with some of the following: Siebel, Avaya and the MS Office suite of products. ITIL or MCSE qualifications would be a bonus.
