Looking for a career in Sales with BT Local Business? - Competitive salaries plus commissions. Uncapped earnings, realistic OTE in first year 24K.

BT Local Business is an independent sales channel representing BT in the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) marketplace.

This is a business to business sales role working in a small call centre environment. The primary aim of the job is to promote BTs portfolio of products and services by calling existing customers, engaging them in a business conversation, identifying customer requirements and closing sales opportunities.

Principle Job Responsibilities:

To sell solutions from the entire portfolio of BT product range that fit the customers requirements

To work closely with and generate sales leads for the Field Sales team
To meet the agreed sales and productivity targets
To use the campaign information to contact customers in a controlled way and to manage the CRM system effectively
To work to achieving Customer Satisfaction targets
To provide accurate reporting information
To interface with other BT departments to ensure orders processed correctly and customer issues are resolved satisfactorily.
To adhere to regulatory and other processes

Experience / Skills Required:

Previous experience desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing sales coaching is provided.

The successful candidate will be joining a well established and successful sales team.
