A Manager Securitisation is required for this major financial services organisation based in Cardiff.This is a maternity cover assignment.

As Manager Securitisation you will manage the provision of a comprehensive finance support service to meet the needs of a business unit or the significant part of a major business unit, providing effective leadership to team members and contributing to the strategic direction of the area assigned.

As Manager Securitisation you will be the securitisation Subject Matter Expert within the Financial Management team.The role will be to provide reliable and timely financial analysis and reporting through all stages of a securitisations lifecycle.Responsibilities will include:

Working with Business Change, Treasury, Group Finance and the Legal Department to establish the processes and procedures required to set up and manage the ongoing activities of a securitisation deal

Managing the day to day tasks associated with running the securitisation business, ensuring robust controls are in place and operating effectively, including reconciliation of the securitised portfolio and movement of cash

Ensuring that reports to the trustees and investors are produced and distributed timely and accurately

Design and develop complex financial models and databases to provide essential statistical and financial information that is necessary in relation to structured cashflows for the transaction and for external rating agents and investors, plus ad hoc analyses/investigations, in order to manage the securitised issues

Working with the business to assess the impact of any changes in policy, procedures and product development on their ability to securities and where necessary negotiate changes to maximise asset availability

To be successful in the role of Manager Securitisation you will need strong relationship management skills, a detailed understanding of the Asset Finance business, experience of the requirements of operating special purpose vehicles and a Qualified Accountant.
