LBM are now recruiting up to 15 Direct Sales Advisors every week in Mayfor Mobile Phone Sales campaigns based at our Middleton site.

New Intakes will take place on:

Tues 8th May 2012

Mon14th May2012

Mon 21st May 2012

The opportunities are full-time permanent and successful applicants will be joining either O2 Outbound Sales or Vodafone Outbound Sales Campaigns. The outbound campaigns are typically warm-sales contacting existing customers. These are exciting opportunities for highly motivated, driven individuals to join our professional sales teams. Where is LBM Middleton located?

LBM Middleton is based at Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton - 1 mile from Middleton Town Centre. We have free on-site car parking within walking distance of the site and we are situated along major public transport routes. We have a 400+ seat contact centre with clients such as Vodafone, Talk Talk, and BT. LBM have achieved year-on-year growth and due to this outstanding business success we now employ circa 500 people at our Middleton operation.

Salary & Benefits

Sales Advisors starting salary will be 14k basic rising to 14.5k after 6 months continuous tenure with uncapped commission potential. Benefits include 28 days hols (inc stats) which increase by 1 day annually per calendar year, company sponsored healthcare, staff incentives and discounts & free car parking.

Hours of Work

All Sales Advisors are asked to be fully flexible in regards to their working hours, however there are specific shifts patterns that successful applicants can be expected to work on LBMs outbound shifts. Advisors typically work 38.75 hours per week with Outbound Sales Campaigns dialling between 8.45am-8pm Monday-Friday, with all staff signing Monday-Sunday contracts.

Through the application process you will be provided a detailed insight into LBM through our 'Applicant Orientation Sessions' before any Assessment is carried out. These sessions include 'live' side by side call listening for a minimum 1 hr plus a presentation from a member of the LBM team. Orientations and Assessments will take place over 2 separate days when candidates undertake the application process.

Desired Experience/Skills:

Min 4-12 months proven Sales & Customer Service experience. Sectors we recruit from include Call Centre, Retail, Telesales, Door-to-Door Sales, Face-to-Face Sales & Field Sales. Preference will be given to applicants with consistent work history

Outbound and/or Inbound Sales Contact/Call Centre experience is advantageous.

Previous experience of working to and exceeding targets is preferable
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a multi-staff environment
Demonstrates can plan own workload and can readily accept Training, Feedback and Supervision from Management
Strong Negotiation skills
Has IT skills preferably with knowledge of in-house databases, the Internet and able to analyse information
Friendly and professional telephone manner
Strong objection handling skills
Confident, self motivated, competitive and assertive
